We're going to need just a bit more info to help you, please.
Could you please tell me the setting for all four calls (including MYCALL), and whether the net you're trying to reach is local or on a reflector?

Re: simplex calling frequency?
Is there a North American calling frequency for D-STAR simplex users, something like 146.52 MHz is for analog FM?
145.670 seems to be the "unofficial" standard call freq.
